- Refer a Friend promotion effective 5/1/26: The Refer a Friend program is only available to Tribal Lifeline customers who have been active for 30 days. Referrer will receive 1 GB of data for every new customer they refer who activates Tribal Lifeline service with Dart Phone. Referrals must be reported to the enrolling agent during the new customer’s order. Any referrals not submitted same day will not be applied.
